Potted Bass; (also bajs, bow or diplenjak) in the old days should not be missing in dancing, caroling, carnival, slaughter and other festive occasions. A pig’s bladder is stretched across the opening of the pottery pot, and a stick stands in the middle of that membrane. It was spread throughout Slovenia and lasted the longest in Bela Krajina. How to play? The pottery bass is held horizontally under the arm. Wet your palm or fingers with water. With a clenched palm or fingers, slide the stick up and down.
